The condo, the complex, the view...all exceeded our expectations! The condo was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The complex itself was impeccable...not a blade of grass out of place. The photos don't do it justice. Trust me, you won't want to leave! Christine is a great hostess. She provides you with a very thorough guide to the area and is quick to answer any other questions.

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is ideal. The beach is private and situated close enough to the resort to take advantage of the facilities and amenities but you do not have to deal with the crowded resort beach. We would certainly stay here again if in Puerto Rico. The owners and management company were a pleasure to deal with, check in was a breeze and all our questions were answered in a timely fashion.

We were so impressed with this beautiful condo. Our family of four was very comfortable. The pools were amazing and we loved being steps from the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach toys as well! We also very much appreciated the in unit laundry! The condo has everything you could need! It was so easy to walk over to the Wyndham for dinner or a drink. We definitely hope to be back again!!! Thank you!

The Condo is amazing, immaculate, and comfortable. The view from the deck is perfect. We had everything we needed and more. Pools were perfect and not crowded. You won't be disappointed.

The host was very friendly and made booking and reservations very easy for us. Check in was very smooth at the Wyndham Rio Mar was so grand and shopping, nice restaurants, and the gift shop were just a short walk away from our condo. The entire condo was gorgeous and was better than what we expected! It was fully stocked with towels, plates and bowls, spices, pots and pans for cooking nights we didn't want to dine out. There were even boogie boards in the closet! Our stay exceeded our expectations and couldn't be happier with our stay in Puerto Rico. We had never been there before so it was an amazing adventure! There were several pools just a stroll from our condo and easily accessible to the beach right in front of us. Tanning chairs right by the beautiful pools and everywhere on the beach. Our entire stay was a dream only 30 min drive from the airport and the grounds around the condo were GORGEOUS!!!!! Was better than we could have wished for we're so happy we made this vacation happy. Thank you!

The condo is even better than pictured, and comes equipped with everything you could need for an outstanding vacation, including beach towels, cooler, toys, etc. Our family rented directly from the owner after having some issues going through Flipkey, and I would highly recommend working with Christine--she was very responsive to our questions, and sent us a hospitality guide well in advance of the trip. The beach location in the Rio Mar complex is ideal, because the restaurants, bars, and amenities of the resort are right next door and easily accessed, but the crowds at the resort beach never extended to the villas. There is a resort fee to use the resort pools, but honestly, you won't want to use them as there is a lap pool, infinity pools, and hot tub in front of the villa; I swam every morning, and never had to compete for space, even during a spring break week.

If you go, you will need a car, but all attractions are within 25 minutes. Be sure to hike El Yunque in the rainforest (10 min from villa), have the mofongo at Don Pepe (5 min), surf with Bob's East Island Surfing (20 min), travel to Icacos with Getaway Catamaran in Fajardo (25 min), and visit Old San Juan (35 min). There is much more to do, but those would be some recommendations. You will not regret staying at this great condo!
