Our Story
Ocean Villas is an oceanfront, luxury condominium complex inside the gated grounds of the world-renowned Wyndham Grand Rio Mar Resort in Rio Grande, PR.  The resort is strategically located, adjacent to the awe inspiring El Yunque rain forest while being only a 30-minute drive to San Juan.  The Ocean Villas complex is physically separate from the Rio Mar resort with three private pools and a huge, expansive beach providing easy access to the 85°F Caribbean Sea.  This arrangement results in a secluded, relaxing tropical experience while a short stroll rewards with access to the excitement and nightlife of the Rio Mar complex’s amenities and numerous entertainment options.

Happy People
We were so impressed with this beautiful condo. Our family of four was very comfortable. The pools were amazing and we loved being steps from the beach. The condo was well stocked with beach toys as well! We also very much appreciated the in unit laundry! The condo has everything you could need! It was so easy to walk over to the Wyndham for dinner or a drink. We definitely hope to be back again!!! Thank you!
